Job Title: Vice President of Hospitality Operations
Job Duties: • Implement, review and making decision of overall departmental strategies planning, long and short term goal, business planning, department performance review, staff development, improvement program implementation, and other analysis reports adhere Company business objective, goal, mission and vision. • Establish and audit department SOP - Standard Operating Procedures and ensuring all employees follow SOP and adhere Company policies. • Review and manage department monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements, budget planning, operating cost, inventory control, procurements and other related financial reports. • Review and measure the business activities growth and provide analysis reports with recommendations and solutions to the Company. • Plan, direct and coordinate departmental related business and operations activities with other departments. Ensuring effective and efficient of inter-department correspondence and resolve conflicts. • Liaise and negotiate agreement with external vendors and suppliers and ensure goods and services deliver on timely manner. • Identify other available resources in the market and measure cost saving and control effectiveness. • Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation. • Monitor and measure KPI of customer services set by the Company; enhance the customer satisfaction and follow-up customer’s feedback and resolve complaint. • Manage personnel functions such as recruiting, selection, training, coaching, and employees’ performance evaluation. • Review and approved employees work shift scheduling prepare by department managers and make recommendation and changes if necessary. • Performs other decisions as necessary, such as reviewing reports, making presentations to Investors, the Board of Directors and the Company Management; examining how the Company can reduce expenses and increase business revenue. • Handle and complete ad-hoc assignments and projects assign from the Company on timely manner. • Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements.

Qualification Requirements: • Bachelor Degree in Hospitality or Management field of study is a must. • Overall 12 years working experiences in hospitality, customer services, food & beverage and fleet management related industries. • In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles, such as customer services, food & beverage, and fleet management. • Proven experience in management role, which reporting to senior management and lead team size more than 100 employees in the current and previous working history. • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Outstanding organization and leadership abilities. • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning in day-to-day operations. • Ability in decision making and problem solving. • Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges ad-hoc assignments and projects assign from the Company • Working knowledge of purchasing and procurement system and processing.
