Job Title: Title Examiner, Abstractor and Searcher
Job Duties: Searches real estate records. Examines documentation such as mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, maps, contracts and agreements to verify factors such as properties’ legal descriptions, ownership or restrictions. Copies, compiles, summarizes and maintains recorded documents such as mortgages, deeds and contracts,, and other instruments that affect property titles. Summarizes and analyzes real estate information for a variety of purposes. Verify accuracy and completeness of land-related documents.
High School Diploma Required? No
Qualification Requirements: College degree, Certification from Foreign country is acceptable. Should have at least 12 months of experience in an occupation with an experience in title examine and research. Knowledge of on real estate title ownership documentation and legalities Familiar with property law, real estate terminology and technical aspect relating to property titles Can create property maps using CAD program Knows how to operate Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point, Microsoft Internet Explorer Has good communication skills both in oral & written Can work independently and with minimal supervision Has the ability to tolerate pressures Knows how to drive and with valid CNMI driver’s license

EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION: This job is for FULL-TIME position 3.PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT, TRAVEL REQUIREMENT AND WHERE APPLICANTS WILL RESIDE: The place of employment is on First Floor Island Commercial Center Bldg, Chalan Monsignor Pale Arnold Road, Gualo Rai, Saipan. The worker will travel within Saipan by land transportation on a daily basis. The worker should reside in Saipan to perform the job during employment period. 4.THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any 5.INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: The Employer shall pay for all the inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work.
