The US Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division (WHD) and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands' Department of Labor (CNMI DOL) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at the Governor's office. This MOU lays out the framework for addressing the necessity to share information, conduct collaborative investigations, provide mutual staff training, and facilitate outreach efforts between WHD and CNMI DOL.
