| Job Duties: | Instruct or coach groups or individuals in the fundamentals of sports for the primary purpose of competition. Demonstrate techniques and methods of participation. May evaluate athletes' strengths and weaknesses as possible recruits or to improve the athletes' techniques to prepare them for competition. The job requires travel during training camps and competitions to: Dededo, Guam (Postal Code 96912), Manila, Philippines (Postal Code 1771), and Bunkyo-Ku, Japan (Postal Code 113 8311). |

| Qualification Requirements: | Knowledge of the rules and regulations of soccer games. Provide training directions, encouragement, motivation, and nutritional advice to prepare athletes for games, competitive events, or tours. Adjust coaching techniques, based on the strength and weaknesses of athletes. Instruct individuals or groups in sports rules, game strategies, and performance principles, such as specific ways of moving the body, hands, or feet, to achieve desired results. Plan strategies and choose team members for individual games or sports season. With Coaching Certificates issued from and accredited by Asian Football Confederation (AFC) required. Should have a minimum training of 12 months, with educational requirement of Bachelor's degree in related fields, and a minimum of 24 months of work experience required. |

| Comments: | The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on JUNE 1, 2023 to MAY 31, 2024. THREE FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least 3/4 of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work upon completion of the work contract. Or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provided or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
