| Job Duties: | Perform work involving the skills of two or more maintenance, or craft occupation to keep machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of a building in repair. Duties may involve pipe fitting, insulating, welding, machining, carpentry, repairing electrical or mechanical equipment, installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment, repairing mechanical or electrical problems and repairing buildings, floors or stairs. Inspect, test new machinery or equipment to diagnose malfunctions. Dismantle machine equipment, or devices to access and remove defective parts using hand and power tools. Perform preventive maintenance by inspecting drives, belts, motors, checking fluid levels. Repair machine using hand and power tools, precision measuring instrument, or electrical or electronic testing devices. |

| Qualification Requirements: | At least 12 months working experience as maintenance worker. Knowledge in troubleshooting and repair of electrical and mechanical problems of machines. Do other related duties as assigned. |
