Job Title: | Electronics & Equipment Maintenance |
Job Duties: | Install, maintain and repair ventilation, air conditioning systems, refrigeration, appliances, and equipment of the hotel, commercial spaces, and company business establishments. Identify and monitor maintenance risks on equipment. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems including industrial washers/dyers, appliances, etc. Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems. Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions. Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act. Complying with service standards and work instructions. Do other related duties as assigned from time to time. |

Qualification Requirements: | High School graduate and must have at least 2-year of working experience in the position. Must possess expertise in HVAC, washer/dryer, equipment troubleshooting, and repair. Can work with less supervision and able to meet a tasks deadlines. Willing to work flexible hours including weekends & holidays. Must be physically fit to handle strenuous work. All applicants must be able to secure the CNMI Drivers license.
