| Job Title: | Irrigation Technician |
| Job Duties: | Perform a wide variety of irrigation installation and maintenance functions. Design, install, and maintain irrigation systems. Diagnose and repair a wide variety of irrigation issues. Use irrigation methods to adjust the amount of water consumption and to prevent waste. Operate various types of heavy machinery. Operate and repair SyncroFlo pumps with motors of 50HP or less; operate and repair Wilo Irrigation system with 30HP pump motor; operate, install, and repair Rainbird and Hunter irrigation heads, Rainbird satellite control modules, and irrigation electrical systems. Perform basic programming of computer satellite devices; deepwell removal and installation; adjustments in cla-valves and air valves; and irrigation system repair. Trim and clean around sprinkler heads and valve box. May perform other related duties. |
