Job Duties: | Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons. Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks. Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations. Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails. Plan and present bar menu. Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. Clean glasses and bar utensils. Process payments from customers. Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift. Record and balance cash receipts. Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience. Comply with all food and beverage regulations. May do other related duties as assign from time to time. |

Qualification Requirements: | High school graduate and minimum of 1-year proven work experience as a Bartender. Familiar with alcohol types, beverages mixing method & drinks serving. Can work independently with less supervision and on a fast paced environment. Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean. Willing to work on flexible hours including holidays and weekends. The work schedule for this position includes shifting & split shift with each beneficiary shall have different days off, each with 1-day off per week. Must have own transportation to & from work. All applicants must be able to secure the CNMI Food Handlers Permit and CNMI driver’s license.
