Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Duties: Execute and monitor strategic sales & promotional plans, both short and long-range, to achieve. Hotels objectives regarding revenue, profitability, and market share. Statistically analyze sales programs and adjust strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness to meet changing market and competitive conditions. Provide post-event reports, analysis, and regular status reports to the General Manager. Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations, evaluating operating budget to actual expenses and revenue. Develop presentation materials and present to management or Executive Directors, implement and manage sales & promotion program, public, media, and community relations, policies and strategies, player development, marketing services, and guest services to accomplish strategic positioning, and strengthen Hotels reputation within the market. Must maintain awareness of factors that influence the hotel industry and gain a deep understanding of the needs and attitudes of hotels customers. Update and manage Hotels website. May translate documents, blogs, hotel websites from English to Korean or vice-versa. May do other tasks and duties as assigned from time to time.
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or any BS Degree. Minimum of 4 years experience in a managerial position, advertising, and/or promotions fields. Proficient in Microsoft Office, promotional, blogging, brochures/flyers design software. Knowledgeable in Korean Tourist Market. Willing to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends. Can work under less supervision and must be able to meet goal targets. All applicants must be able to secure a CNMI driver's license. All applicants must attached resume, copy of diploma, education certificates, employment certification, and other related documents.
