| Job Duties: | Cook duties include, but are not limited to; clean, cut, and cook meat, fish, or poultry. Cook foodstuffs according to menus or numbers of portions to be served. Clean and inspect galley equipment, kitchen appliances, and work areas to ensure cleanliness and functional operation. Inspect and clean food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces, or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices. Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperature by regulating temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters. Ensure freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new items, and rotating stock. Turn or stir foods to ensure even cooking. Season and cook food according to recipes or personal judgment and experience. Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, or silverware. Keep food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage. Prepare a variety of foods, such as meats, vegetables, or desserts, according to customers' orders or supervisors' instructions, following approved procedures. Take and record temperature of food and food storage areas, such as refrigerators and freezers. Wash, peel, and cut various foods, such as fruits and vegetables, to prepare for cooking or serving. Other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | With at least twelve (12) months experience as a cook, preferably in a hotel facility. Knowledgeable in preparing and cooking Korean dishes, proper food handling and sanitation practice. Must be able to lift atleast 50lbs or more, must be able to work in flexible time, nights, weekends and holidays, must be able to obtain Food Handler Certificate. |

| Comments: | The company guarantee three-fourth, Three-fourths is defined as an offer to workers full-time employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of each 12-week period. Transportation and subsistence will be provided to worker while travelling from workers origin to the place of employment and the return transportation and subsistence at the conclusion of the job opportunity. Saipan Laulau Development Inc. will assist or provide worker in securing board, lodging or place to stay, Housing is optional at the amount of $50 to $100 per month for housing cost.
