| Job Duties: | Responsible to assist the Sous Chef with the kitchen operation and ensure the company’s reputation for food quality is maintained at all times. Prepare and train other cooks to prepare dishes from the variety cuisine menu and monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations. Check the quality of raw or cooked food products to ensure that standards are met and estimate amounts and costs of required supplies, such as food and ingredients. Instruct cooks and other workers in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, or presentation of food and supervise, coordinate activities of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation. Inspect and clean food preparation areas, such as equipment, work surfaces, and serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices. Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperature by regulating temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters. Ensure freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new items, and rotating stock and turn or stir foods to ensure even cooking. Season and cook food according to recipes or personal judgment and experience. Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein. |

Knowledge of food raw materials and ingredients, different type of cuisine particularly Korean, Japanese and American, quality control, costs, and other food preparation techniques for an organized cost efficient kitchen. Must be able to lift atleast 50lbs or more, must be able to work in flexible time, nights, weekends and holidays. Able to obtain Food Handler Certificate |

| Comments: | The company guarantee three-fourth, Three-fourths is defined as an offer to workers full-time employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of each 12-week period. Transportation and subsistence will be provided to worker while travelling from workers origin to the place of employment and the return transportation and subsistence at the conclusion of the job opportunity. Saipan Laulau Development Inc. will assist or provide worker in securing board, lodging or place to stay, Housing is optional at the amount of $50 to $100 per month for housing cost.
