| Job Duties: | Clean and maintains the establishment's premises. Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards. Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace them when appropriate. Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company related practices. Service, clean, and supply offices, conference rooms, hotel/guest rooms, restrooms, lobbies, hallways, recreation areas, lawn, and grounds; gather and empty trash. Clean floors/carpets by sweeping, mopping, polishing, stripping, brushing, vacuum, scrubbing, using proper equipment and cleaning materials or chemical; cleaning window and doors, handrails, change beddings, do laundries, etc. Do all related duties as needed, or as assigned from time to time |

| Qualification Requirements: | High school graduate. At least 3 month of work related experience. Can do and perform work assignment under pressure with less supervision. Can work with less supervision and be able to meet tasks deadline. Must be physically fit to be able to handle and perform the duties of the position. No theft record. Willing to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends. The work schedule for this position includes split shift and each beneficiary shall have different days off, each with 1-day off per week. Must have own transportation to & from work. Background checks and drug testing may be required during or prior to employment to all applicants.
