Job Title: | COMMERCIAL CLEANER |
Job Duties: | Dust furniture, equipment, partitions, walls, etc. Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, floors, toilets, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, microwaves etc in restrooms, breakrooms and or kitchenettes. Replenish supplies in restrooms, breakrooms and kitchen. Sweep, mop, vacuum and or hand scrub floors using brooms, mops and vacuum cleaners. Empty trash can and recyclables into disposal areas. Wipe down walls and woodwork, doors, wall hangings, baseboards, etc. Identify potential safety or maintenance issues and communicate them to the client in the comments ection on the customer checklist. Arrive to work (client location) at the scheduled time, perform services to established standards and ensure the clients facility is locked and secured when finish and leave.. Handle special request for customers as appropriate and note handling on the customer checklist and company paperwork. Comply with all safety policies and procedures relating to the performance of tasks, use of products or supplies and incident reporting. |

Comments: | This job opportunity is a temporary full time position. Workdays: Monday to Friday; Work hours 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. With this position the employer also offers three fourths guarantee as required by 20 CFR 655 423 (f) wherein three fourths is defined as an offer to workers full time employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of each 12 week period( or 6 week week period if the employment covered by the job is less than 120 days). Transportation and Subsistence Costs. If the Employee completes 50% of the work contract the Employer will provide or reimburse the workers transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Outbound transportation and subsistence cost will be paid by the Employer if the Employee completes work period covered by the work contract or when the worker dismissed earlier |
