Job Duties: Responsible for preparing all food items based on standardized recipes for the assigned restaurant, room service, employee cafeteria and banquets. -Responsible for maintaining highest standards to producing appealing and appetizing products. -Must observe and enforce strict requirements with regards to food safety. -Duties include sauteing, poaching, baking, grilling and preparing assorted sauces. -Work with broilers, fryers, grills, ovens and stove-top-cooking equipment. -Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas. -Be mindful in minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio. -Perform other related task as assigned and determined by the Department Head.

At least one year of work-related experienced. -KNOWLEDGE IN SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT AND INVENTORY CONTROL. -ABLE TO FOLLOW ROUTINE VERBAL AND WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS. -ABLE TO UNDERSTAND AND FOLLOW SAFETY PROCEDURES. -ABLE TO SAFELY USE CLEANING EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES. -ABLE TO LIFT AND MANIPULATE HEAVY ITEMS OF UP TO 50LBS. -KNOWLEDGE OF FOOD SERVICE LINE SET-UP AND TEMPERATURE REQUIREMENTS. -ABLE TO MULTI-TASK AND WORK UNDER PRESSURE. -ABLE AND WILLING TO WORK IN FLEXIBLE SHIFTS, DAYS AND EVENING, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS

Comments: The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing from August 10, 2023 to August 09, 2024. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total of number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period and begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment of the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: required by 20 CFR655.423(j)(l); If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon the completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Frequency of pay: Bi-weekly, subjected to mandatory payroll tax deduction required by law (20 CFR 655.423(h).
