Job Title: Maintenance Worker
Job Duties: REPAIR OR REPLACE DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT PARTS, USING HAND TOOLS AND POWER TOOLS AND REASSEMBLE EQUIPMENT. PERFORM ROUTINE PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE TO ENSURE THAT MACHINES CONTINUE TO RUN SMOOTHLY, BUILDING SYSTEMS OPERATE EFFICIENTLY, OR THE PHYSICAL CONDITION OF BUILDINGS DOES NOT DETERIORATE. INSPECT DRIVES, MOTORS, AND BELTS, CHECK FLUID LEVELS, REPLACE FILTERS, OR PERFORM OTHER MAINTENANCE ACTIONS, FOLLOWING CHECKLISTS. USE TOOLS RANGING FROM COMMON HAND AND POWER TOOLS, SUCH AS HAMMERS, HOISTS, SAWS, DRILLS AND WRENCHES TO PRECISION MEASURING INSTRUMENTS AND ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC TESTING DEVISE. ASSEMBLE, INSTALL OR REPAIR WIRING, ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS, PIPE SYSTEMS AND PLUMBING, MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT. DIAGNOSE MECHANICAL PROBLEMS AND DETERMINE HOW TO CORRECT THEM, CHECKING BLUEPRINTS, REPAIR MANUALS AND PARTS CATALOGS AS NECESSARY. INSPECT, OPERATE AND TEST MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT TO DIAGNOSE MACHINE MALFUNCTIONS. RECORD TYPE AND COST OF MAINTENANCE OR REPAIR WORK. CLEAN AND LUBRICATE SHAFTS, BEARINGS, GEARS AND OTHER PARTS OF MACHINERY. DISMANTLE DEVICES TO ACCESS AND REMOVE DEFECTIVE PARTS USING HOISTS, CRANES AND HAND TOOLS AND POWER TOOLS. INSTALL, OPERATE, TEST, SERVICE AND REPAIR PLUMBING SYSTEMS. ASSIST IN PREPARING MATERIAL/PARTS LISTS INCLUDING PREPARATION OF ESTIMATES FOR MATERIALS AND LABOR. DO COMMERCIAL PLUMBING INCLUDING INSTALLATION, TESTING AND REPAIR ROOF PLUMBING SYSTEMS AND PIPING. HANDLE ELECTRIC WELDING AND BRAZING. ASSIST IN COORDINATING WORK WITH CONTRACTORS AND LOCAL OR FEDERAL INSPECTORS. OTHER DUTIES AS MAY BE REQUIRED.

Comments: This advertisement is a joint employer Between Achugao Services, LLC and Bridge Capital, LLC . Place of Employment is at the Bridge Capital Office located at Micro Beach Road, Saipan. (1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION This job opportunity is for two temporary, full-time position. (2) Workdays are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 PM (3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5)FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees).
