| Job Duties: | Oversee activities directly related to providing massage therapy services. Direct and coordinate activities of the business. Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement. Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties. Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency. Establish and implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary. Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes. Plan and direct activities such as sales promotions, coordinating with other staff as required. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources among others. |

| Qualification Requirements: | The required work experience of 48 months should be in a massage and spa business. Knowledge in managing a spa & massage parlor is required. Must have the skills to train massage therapists. Must know how to speak Japanese and must be fluent in Chinese and English language to accommodate a diverse tourist clientele. Must have customer service, communication and interpersonal skills. Must be willing to work flexible time, weekends and holidays when necessary. Applicant must be hardworking, able to multi task and work even under pressure. Must be able to maintain cooperative attitude under stressful circumstances. | Comments: | This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position for one (1) General Manager for Tang Investments Inc. The work days will be Monday to Sunday with two (2) days off. Work hours will be between 11:00AM to 11:00PM for 7 hours per day and minimum of 35 hours a week.
