Job Duties: | Examine, analyze, and interpret accounting records to prepare financial statements by using a computer programmed with Intuit Quickbooks accounting software. Examine financial statements to ensure that they are accurate and comply with laws and regulations. Compute taxes owed, prepare tax returns, and ensure that taxes are paid properly and on time. Organize, analyze, and maintain financial records. Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts. Suggest ways to reduce costs and enhance revenues. Develop, maintain, or analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports and compare budgeted costs to actual costs. Assess financial operations, identify risks and challenges, and make best-practices recommendations to management. Process payroll for salaried and hourly employees on a bi-weekly pay frequency. Reconcile and analyze bank accounts and general ledger accounts and prepare adjusting journal entries. Process invoices for payment. Review, analyze and verify accounts receivable. Provide financial statements, schedules and other reports needed by the external auditor during annual audit. |

Qualification Requirements: | Must hold a Bachelor's degree major in Accounting or a Related Field. Must have a least two (2) years work experience as Accountant. Must have a thorough knowledge and understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and strong understanding of accounting theory. Advanced experience and knowledge of major accounting software such as Intuit Quickbooks. Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. |

Comments: | Three-Fourths Guarantee: Worker will be offered employment for a total number of hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
