Job Duties: | Supervise and monitor the safety of children in their care. Prepare meals and organize mealtimes and snacks for children. Help children keep good hygiene. Instruct children in health and personal habits, such as eating, resting, and toilets habits. Dress and change diapers of infant and toddlers. Organize activities or implement a curriculum that allow children to learn about the world and explore interests. Develop schedules and routines to ensure that children have enough physical activity, rest and playtime. Watch for signs of emotional or development problems of children and bring the problems to the attention of parents. Keep records of children’s progress, routines, and interest including daily observations and information about activities, meals served, and medications administered. Observe and monitor children’s play activities. Sanitize toys and play equipment. |

Qualification Requirements: | JOB REQUIRES 6 MONTHS ON THE JOB TRAINING. HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE WITH AT LEAST MINIMUM OF SIX (6) MONTHS OF WORKING EXPERIENCE IN DAYCARE CENTER SETTING. MUST HAVE AND DEMONSTRATE GOOD SPEAKING AND LISTENING COMMUNICATION SKILLS WHEN DISCUSSING PROGRESS OF A CHILD IN HIS/HER CARE. KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF CHILDREN'S GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT NEEDS FOR SOCIAL, PHYSICAL AND INTELLECTUAL EXPANSION. EFFICIENT IN OFFERING OF A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR EACH CHILD INCLUDING THEIR NUTRITIONAL, TECHNOLOGICAL AND HYGIENIC NEEDS. MUST BE CERTIFIED THROUGH BOTH THE INFANT TODDLER ENVIRONMENT RATING SCALE AND THE EARLY CHILDHOOD RATING SCALE. |

Comments: | (1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION. This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position, commencing on October 01, 2023 to September 30, 2024 (2) WORK HOURS. Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment at least thirty-five (35) hours per week. (3) THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE. Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the work days of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE. The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. (6) RECRUITMENT INFORMATION.
