| Job Duties: | Perform work involving the skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines, mechanical equipment or the structure of an establishment. Duties may involve pie fitting, boiler making, insulating, welding, machining, carpentry, repairing electrical or mechanical equipments, installing, aligning and balancing, repairing buildings, floors or stairs and a fire alarm system of commercial buildings, install, replace and repair wiring and defective fire alarm devices and electrical switch, fixtures, construct, erect, install ads, and repair wooden and concrete structure and fixtures. Perform any other related duties as arise from time to time. Have the ability to understand and follow safety procedures. Must be able to maintain a cooperative attitude under stressful circumstances |

| Comments: | This job opportunity is a temporary full time position: Workdays Monday to Friday; Work hours: 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. With This position the employer also offers three fourths guarantee as required by 20 CFR 655 423 (f) wherein three fourths is defined as an offer to workers full time position employment for a total number of works equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of each 12 week period (or 6 week period if the employment covered by the job is less than 120 days). Transportation and Subsistence Costs. If the Employee completes 50% of the work contract the Employer will provide or reimburse the workers transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Outbound transportation and subsistence costs will be paid by the Employer if the Employee completes work period covered by the work contract or when the worker dismissed earlier. |
