Job Title: MAINTENANCE & REPAIR WORKER S GENERAL
Job Duties: Perform work involving the skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines, mechanical equipment or the structure of an establishment. Duties may involve pipe fitting, boiler making, insulating, welding machining, carpentry, repairing electrical or mechanical equipment, installing, aligning and balancing, repairing buildings, floors, or stairs and a fire alarm system maintenance, troubleshooting and repair. In charge of repair & maintenance of the physical structure or commercial buildings, install, replace & repair wiring and defective fire alarm devices and electrical switch, fixtures, construct, erect,install, ads, and repair wooden and concrete structures and fixtures. Perform any other related duties as arise from time to time. Have the ability to understand and follow safety procedures. Identify potential safety or maintenance issue and communicate them to the client in the comments sectionon the customer checklists. Arrive to work(client location at the scheduled time perform services to establishment standards and insure the client facility is looked and secured when you finished. Handle special request s for customers as appropriate and note handling on the customer checklists and company paperwork. Comply with all safety policies and procedures relating to the the performance of tasks, use or products or supplies and innocent reporting. Must report daily activities to General Manager
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: Must have a general knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, masonry and building & maintenance skills. Ability to understand and follow safety procedures. Must be able to read blueprints and engineering plumbing, structural and electrical layouts. Can work without any supervision. Previous work related skill, knowledge or experience is needed for this occupation and with one year wirk experience.

Comments: This job opportunity is a temporary full time position. Workdays: Monday to Friday: Work hours; 7:30 am to 3: 30 pm. With this position the employer also offers three fourths guarantee as required by 20 CFR 655 423(f) wherein thee fourths guarantee is defined as an offer to workers full time employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of each 12 week period (or 6 week period if the employment covered by the job is les than 120 days). Transportation and Subsistence Costs. If the Employee completes 50% of the work contract the Employer will provide or reimburse the workers transportation and subsistence Costs from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Outbound transportation and subsistence cost will be paid by the Employer if the Employee completes work period covered by the work contract or when the worker dismissed earlier.
