| Job Title: | HEATING AIR CONDITIONING AND REFRIGERATION MECHANICS |
| Job Duties: | Install or repair heating, central air conditioning, HVAC or refrigeration systems, including oil burners, hot air furnaces and heating stoves. Test electrical circuits or components for continuity, using electrical test equipment. Comply with all applicable standards, policies or procedures such as safety procedures or the maintenance of a clean work area.. Study blueprints, design specification, or manufacturers recommendations to ascertain the configuration of heating or cooling equipment, components and to ensure the proper of components.. Discuss heating or cooling system malfunctions with users to isolate problems or to verify that repairs corrected malfunctions. Connect heating or air conditioning equipment to fuel, water, or refrigerant source to form a complete circuit. Adjust system controls to settings recommended by the manufacturer to balance the system. Recommend, develop or perform preventive or general maintenance procedures, such as cleaning, power-washing or vacuuming equipment, oiling parts or changing filters. Inspect and test systems to verify system compliance with plans and specifications or to detect and locate malfunctions.. Repair or replace defective equipment components, or wiring. Install or repair self-contained ground source heat pumps or hybrid ground or air source heat pumps to minimize carbon based energy consumption and reduce carbon emission Install, connect or adjust thermostat, humidistats or timers. Install auxilliary components to heating or cooling equipments. Brace or solder parts to repair defective joints and leaks. Lay out and connect electrical wiring between controls and equipments. perform mechanical overhauls and refrigerant reclaiming. And other related works arise |

| Comments: | This job opportunity is a temporary full time position. Workdays: Monday to Friday: Work hours: 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. With this position the employer also offers three fourths guarantee as required by 20 CFR 655 423 (f) wherein three fourths is defined as an offer to workers full time employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of each 12 week period (or 6 week period if the employment covered by the job is less than 120 days). Transportation and Subsistence Costs. If the Employee completes 50% of the work contract the Employer will provide or reimburse the workers transportation and subsistence cost from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Outbound transportation and subsistence costs will be paid by Employer if the Employee completes work period covered by the work contract or when the Employee dismissed earlier. |
