Job Title: Alcohol Sales Manager
Job Duties: Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of products, and other commodities subject for sale. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales. Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability. Oversee sales staffs. Determine price schedules and discount rates. Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures. Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales . Direct, coordinate, and review sales and record-keeping, as well as receiving and shipping. Direct clerical staff to keep records of export correspondence, bid requests, and credit collections, and to maintain current information on tariffs, licenses, and restrictions. Advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business. Confer or consult with department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on equipment and customer specifications. Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products. Confer with potential customers regarding equipment needs, and advise customers on types of equipment

Qualification Requirements: MUST HAVE 36 MONTHS EXPERIENCE AS SALES MANAGER. MUST BE KNOWLEDGEABLE IN ALL ALCOHOL, LIQUOR, AND TOBACCO PRODUCTS MUST BE ABLE TO IDENTIFY CATEGORIES OF LIQUORS AND WINE AND MUST BE ABLE TO TELL QUALITY OF PREMIUM BRANDS MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN OVERSEEING SALES PEOPLE MUST KNOW COST ANALYSIS AND SALES ANALYSIS FROM EACH SALES CATEGORIES MUST HAVE GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS. WRITTEN AND WRITING EXAM IS PRE-REQUISITE TO TEST APTITUDE IN COMMUNICATION SKILLS. MUST HAVE A CNMI DRIVER LICENSE POLICE CLEARANCE REQUIRED FOR BOTH CW1 AND US WORKER

Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least threefourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
