| Job Duties: | Monitors and performs non-technical maintenance. Provides general and detailed maintenance (either with direct or indirect supervision) including patching, painting, hardware repairs and other repair/replacement work as required. Monitors, Maintains and performs standard repairs to building electrical facilities systems, such as tubes, fixtures, switches and outlets. Assist license electricians with non-technical repairs as appropriate. Ensure proper care in in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies, promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices. |
