Job Title: | FOOD PREPARATION AND SERVING RELATED WORKER |
Job Duties: | The employee will cut, chop, wash, and rinse vegetables, fish, chicken, pork, and beef using a knife and chopping board. The employee will boil, fry, and grill food items using, cooking pan, pots, gas or electric fryer, grills, cooking spoon, and tongs. The employee will also cook steam rice using an electric rice cooker or gas range, and prepare fried rice using a pan. The employee will also prepare and serve juice and drinks using an electric juicer, and processor. The employee will also serve the customer at the counter or at a table using wooden or plastic serving trays. PREPARING WORKSTATION WITH REQUIRED INGREDIENTS AND EQUIPMENT, AND KEEPING STATION SANITARY AND ORGANIZED THROUGHOUT THE SHIFT; BREW COFFEE OR TEA; PREPARING INGREDIENTS BY FOLLOWING RECIPES AND GUIDELINES, STEAMING VEGETABLES AND OTHER BASIC COOKING RESPONSIBILITIES. ENSURING INGREDIENTS ARE TAGGED, DATE-LABELED, COVERED, STORED, AND ROTATED EFFECTIVELY; TAKE/DELIVER ORDERS AND SERVE FOOD AND DRINKS TO DINING CUSTOMERS BY HAND USING PLASTIC OR WOODEN TRAYS; PREPARE/SET UP OR PACK UP DINING AREAS; PERFORM MANY OTHER FOOD SERVICES; OVERSEEING FOOD LEVELS AND RESTOCKING ITEMS ON TIME; KEEPING UTENSILS AND EQUIPMENT CLEAN/SANITARY AND READILY AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES; ESTABLISHING STOCK LEVELS AT END OF SHIFT AND CAPTURING INFORMATION ON STANDARDIZED STOCK SHEETS; REMOVING TRASH/CLEARING STORAGE BINS AND KEEP THE WORK STATION AND DINING AREAS CLEAN AND SANITIZED, AND ORGANIZED |

FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY. OVERTIME PAY WILL BE AVAILABLE TO THE WORKER AT A RATE X 1.5 OF THE HOURLY RATE OFFERED AS PER PREVAILING WAGE OBTAINED. JOB BEING OFFERED IS TEMPORARY OR UP TO SEPT. 30, 2024, ONLY BUT FULL TIME IS REQUIRED WITH ANTICIPATED START OF EMPLOYMENT ON OCT. 1, 2023. THREE FOURTHS OF THE JOB OFFER IS GUARANTEED AS REQUIRED BY 20 CFR 655.423(f).EMPLOYER WILL PROVIDE OR PAY THE WORKER REASONABLE COSTS OF RETURN TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE BACK TO THEIR POINT OF ORIGIN UPON COMPLETION OR EVEN 50 PERCENT COMPLETION OF THE EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT PERIOD.
