| Job Duties: | Teach or instruct scuba diving underwater. Teaches people who are interested in learning how to dive either for recreational or commercial purposes. They are primarily responsible for the safety of the diving party as well. In charge of the maintenance of diving equipment and supplies. Identifying the developmental needs of others and coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge or skills in diving. Identifying the educational needs of others, developing formal educational or training programs or classes, and teaching or instructing others in the line of diving. Performing for people or dealing directly with the public. Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining diving information from all relevant sources. Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time |

MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES AND KNOWLEDGE IN: CUSTOMER AND PERSONAL SERVICE ENGLISH AND JAPANESE LANGUAGE KNOWLEDGE OF PRINCIPLES AND METHODS IN SCUBA DIVING COMMUNICATIONS AND MEDIA PROBLEM SENSITIVITY /SPEECH CLARITY/ORAL EXPRESSION AND HAND SIGNALS UNDER THE WATER |
