Job Title: | MAINTENANCE & REPAIR WORKER S GENERAL |
Job Duties: | Perform work involving the skills of two or more maintenance in craft occupations to keep machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of an establishment. Duties may involve pipe fitting, boiler making, insulating, welding, machining, carpentry, repairing electrical or mechanical equipment, aligning and balancing new equipment, repairing building floors, stairs and fire alarm system maintenance, troubleshooting and repair. In charge of repair and maintenance of the physical structure of commercial buildings, install, replace and repair wiring and defective fire alarm devices and electrical switches, elements and other fixtures, construct, erect, installs, ads and repair wooden and concrete structures and fixtures. Perform any other related duties as arise from time to time. Have the ability to understand and follow safety procedures. Identify potential safety or maintenance issues and communicate them to the client in the comments section of the customer checklist. |

Comments: | This job opportunity is a temporary full time position. Workdays: Monday to Friday: Workhours: 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. With this position the employer also offers three fourths guarantee as required by 20 CFR 655 423(f) wherein three fourths is defined as an offer to workers full time employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of each 12 week period (or 6 week period of the employment covered by the job is less than 120 days) Transportation and Subsistence Costs. If the Employee completes 50% of the work contract the Employer will provide or reimburse the workers transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Outbound transportation and subsistence costs will be paid by the Employer if the Employee completes work period covered by the work contract or when the worker dismissed earlier. |
