Job Duties: Prepare, season, and cook dishes such as soups, meat, vegetables, or desserts in restaurants. May order supplies, keep records and accounts, price items on the menu, or plan the menu.

Qualification Requirements: The applicant must have at least six (6) months of working experience in the same capacity, familiar with different types of meats and their cooking times. Knowledge in planning menus, establishing the size of food portions, estimate food requirements and cost, and ordering supplies. Experience handling kitchen functions such as supplies and inventory management and cooking staff schedules and records, able to maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and utensils.
