Job Duties: | Prepare annual budgets and provide updated monthly forecasts. Manage daily cash count of collection according to the Sales Report of Opera for the business. Manage daily generation and download to XLS via web-based Point-of-Sales system for business/Store Sales Reports. Manage daily preparation of sales data upload for SAP entries. Manage collected account receivables. Daily SAP posting of sales to include cash, credit card, and charge accounts. Manage debit note and intercompany posting of room/bar and other charges for the month. SAP comparison review of Opera-Market/Room statistics for the business’ Monthly Hotel Room Revenue. Prepare monthly Sales and Gross Profit Analysis Report. Prepare Merchandise Inventory Report. Prepare monthly Revenue Report. Monthly preparation of billing to on-account customers and affiliate companies. Posting of approved monthly recurring charges and other related invoices from vendors. Reconciliation of vendor’s balances: SAP vs. Statement of Accounts from Vendors. Monthly amortization of prepaid expenses. Monthly accrual of salary, commission expense, telephone, utilities and other related expenses. Monthly preparation of checks payable to suppliers/vendors and affiliates. Releasing of all posted Purchase requisitions in Material Management (MM). Purchase Order creation, releasing, and printing from SAP for Manager’s approval. Purchase Order posting. Generation of SAP Month-end Inventory report and comparison with the physical count record. Posting of material code and unit of measure to SAP for the issuance and returns. Generating updated Inventory Report by obtaining the Material Code and UOM for uploading to SAP. Verifying the uploaded file by checking the Unposted Physical Inventory Report in SAP of the business. Maintain a systematic filing of all documents being handled. Handle petty cash fund and replenishment. Monthly bank reconciliation. Other duties and responsibilities as needed/instructed. |

Qualification Requirements: | Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Management. Three (3) to five (5) years of accounting experience and progressive management experience required. Must be able and willing to work evenings, holidays, and weekends. Job requires patience in dealing with clients and coworkers, accepting feedback and customer criticism and dealing calmly and effectively with high stressful situations. Must be able to lift at least 15-pound items and carry it for at least 100 yards, with or without using a trolley, and move up to 50-pound items using a trolley. Must be able to bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl in awkward positions. |
