Job Title: | GENERAL MAINTENANCE and REPAIR WORKERS |
Job Duties: | Perform routine maintenance, such as maintaining the pipe systems and drainage of the facility; Operate and maintain the water system (reverse osmosis system); Test and treat water supply; Assemble, install, or repair pipe fittings and plumbing systems of the facility; Paint or repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork or other parts of the building structures; Perform heavy cleaning duties like removal of rubbles, debris and other waste materials to keep the building and its facilities clean and free from hazards; Fabricate or repair wooden structures, such as counters, cabinets, and other related objects; Secure the building facilities, by placing chemicals and solutions in proper storage and conduct proper disposal of used chemicals; Operate power tools and equipment to perform duties and secure/organize in the storage; Monitor building security and conduct safety checks; Estimate cost to repair machinery, equipment or building structures; Do other related duties from time to time. |

Qualification Requirements: | 24 months of work experience as General Maintenance; Knowledgeable in the conduct of routine preventive maintenance of machines and troubleshoot; Knowledgeable in the operation of water system, including pipings and fixtures to ensure that machine continue to run smoothly, the building systems operate efficiently and the physical condition of the building does not deteriorate; Perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms, legs and moving whole body such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping and handling materials; Undergo safety trainings; Communicate in English language; Understand instructions; and must have a valid driver's license to operate service vehicles. |

Comments: | The job opportunity is TEMPORARY, FULL TIME. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Worker will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION and SUBSISTENCE to the work while travelling from employees origin to the place of employment, as well as provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment.
