| Job Duties: | Supervises and coordinates activities of staff engaged in receiving, storing and selling of automotive parts and equipment in Auto dealership. Must be able to determine make, year and type of parts needed, inspects worn, damaged or defective part to determine replacement required or advises customer of part needed according to description of malfunction. Can discuss use and features of various parts based on knowledge of vehicle. Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists staff in solving work problems. Trains all new parts department staff. Must be knowledgeable with computers particularly e-mail and creating attachments. Must have basic computer knowledge to efficiently use dealership auto software interface. Must be familiar and can manage and coordinate quarterly parts inventory. Performs other related duties as may be assigned by Employer. |
