| Job Duties: | Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems. Planned, scheduled, or coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines. Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports. Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes or other regulations. Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with environmental regulations. Planned, organize, or direct activities concerned with constructing or maintaining structures, facilities, or systems. Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods. Investigate damages, accidents, or delays at construction sites to ensure proper construction procedures are followed. Prepare contracts or negotiate revisions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, or subcontractors. Develop or implement quality control programs. Develop or implement environmental protection programs. Implement new or modified plans in response to delays, bad weather, or construction site emergencies. Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to representatives of the owner or developer, including administrative staff, workers, or clients. Perform, or contract others to perform, pre-building assessments, such as conceptual cost estimating, rough order of magnitude estimating, feasibility, or energy efficiency, environmental, and sustainability assessments. Contract or oversee craft work, such as painting or plumbing. Direct and supervise construction or related workers. Determine labor requirements for dispatching workers to construction sites. Requisition supplies or materials to complete construction projects. |

| Qualification Requirements: | REQUIRED 24 MONTHS OF TRAINING IN OSHA & INTERNATIONAL FIRE CODE FUNDAMENTALS & 36 MONTHS OF WORK EXPERIENCE AS SURVEYOR, BLDG. INSPECTOR, PURCHASER, PROJECT MANAGER, AND/OR OTHER RELATED JOB DESCRIPTION. ABLE TO SUPERVISE 17 EMPLOYEES. OSHA COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATE, INTERNATIONAL FIRE CODE CERTIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE IN AUTOCAD SOFTWARE & SURVEYING. EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE IN MANUAL DRAFTING, PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT & USE OF MICROSOFT OFFICE SOFTWARE. ABLE TO WORK FLEXIBLE HOURS INCLUDING WEEKENDS, HOLIDAYS, AND NIGHT SCHEDULES. MUST AGREE TO A POST-OFFER PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREENING AND RANDOM DRUG TESTING FOR BOTH CW-1 AND U.S. CITIZEN WORKERS. |

| Comments: | EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION: This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position beginning October 1, 2023, and ending September 30, 2026. WORK HOURS: Employees hired under this announcement will work on full-time employment of forty (40) hours per week. THREEFOURTHS GUARANTEE. Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE. The employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment.
