Job Duties: DIRECTLY SUPERVISE AND COORDINATE ACTIVITIES OF WORKERS ENGAGED IN SERVING FOOD AND DAILY CASH COUNTS AND REMITTANCE, DEPARTMENT TIMESHEETS, DEPOSIT PREPARATIONS, FROM ALL FOOD OUTLETS. PRESENT BILLS AND ACCEPT PAYMENTS. TRAIN WORKERS IN FOOD PREPARATION, AND IN SERVICE, SANITATION, AND SAFETY PROCEDURES. CONTROL INVENTORIES OF FOOD, EQUIPMENT, SMALL WARE, AND LIQUOR, AND REPORT SHORTAGES TO DESIGNATED PERSONNEL. ASSIGN DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND WORK STATIONS TO EMPLOYEES IN ACCORDANCE WITH WORK REQUIREMENTS. ANALYZE OPERATIONAL PROBLEMS, SUCH AS THEFT AND WASTAGE, AND ESTABLISH PROCEDURES TO ALLEVIATE THESE PROBLEMS. GREET AND SEAT GUESTS, AND PRESENT MENUS AND WINE LISTS. SCHEDULE PARTIES AND TAKE RESERVATIONS. ASSIST F&B MANAGER IN PREPARING STAFF SCHEDULE. SUPERVISE WORKERS IN SERVICE, SANITATION AND SAFETY PROCEDURES. COMPILE AND BALANCE CASH RECEIPTS AT THE END OF THE DAY SHIFT. SUPERVISE DINING AREAS CLEANING ACTIVITIES. RESOLVE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS REGARDING FOOD SERVICE. PREPARE REQUISITION SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT NEEDS TO ENSURE QUALITY AND TIMELY DELIVERY OF SERVICE. OBSERVE AND EVALUATE WORKERS S AND WORK PROCEDURES TO ENSURE QUALITY STANDARDS, SERVICE AND COMPLETE DISCIPLINARY WRITE-UPS WITH THE CONCURRENCE OF THE F&B MANAGER. CONSISTENTLY DELIVERING EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH AN INFORMED, FRIENDLY AND EFFECTIVE APPROACH. PERFORM INVENTORY, PREPARING ORDERS FOR THE DEPARMENT, MONITORING DEPARTMENT STOCKS AND OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE TASK RELATED TO THE POSITION. PERFORM OTHER TASK AS DETERMINED AND ASSIGNED BY THE DEPARTMENT HEAD.

Qualification Requirements: High School Diploma/GED. At least one year of work-related experienced. KNOWLEDGEABLE IN PRINCIPLES, PROCESSES FOR PROVIDING CUSTOMER AND PERSONAL SERVICES, INCLUDING CUSTOMER NEEDS ASSESSMENT, MEETING QUALITY STANDARD FOR SERVICES, EVALUATION OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. FULL UNDERSTANDING OF LICENSING RESPONSIBILITIES AND ENVIRONMENT HEALTH STANDARDS AND ALCOHOL LICENSING GUIDELINES. MUST HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE IN SUPERVISING WAIT STAFF AND PEERS. BE ABLE TO STAND FOR PROLONGED PERIOD OF TIME. COMPUTER LITERATE AND CAN COPE UP WITH A RESTAURANT SYSTEM USING TECHNOLOGY. ACQUIRED HOSPITALITY RELATED PROGRAM. Comments: The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on September 06, 2023 to September 05, 2024. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total of number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period and begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment of the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: required by 20 CFR655.423(j)(l); If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon the completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Frequency of pay: Bi-weekly, subjected to mandatory payroll tax deduction required by law (20 CFR 655.423(h).
