| Job Duties: | Directly supervise & coordinate activities of workers engaged in preparing & serving food such as take charge of accepting restaurant reservations and orders; estimates beverage costs & requisitions or purchase confers with food preparations; oversee such tasks as table setting, guests sitting, menu preparations, order taking, guests serving & restaurant management. Perform various financial activities such as cash handling, deposit preparation & payroll-compile & balance cash receipts at the end of the day or shift. Resolve customer complaints regarding food service, ensure any customer issues are addressed immediately & resolved in a manner that exceeds customer expectations. Present bills & accept payments. Inspect supplies, equipment and work areas to ensure efficient service and conformance to standard. |

Valid Food handler Certificate (applied equally both for US workers and CW-1 workers) Certification from previous employer (applied equally both for US workers & CW-1 workers) Current Police clearance(applied equally both for US workers and Cw-1 workers) Can work flexible hours including holidays, weekends and night shift duty. |
