| Job Duties: | Marianas Fast Food Inc. is looking for a Full-Time Computer User Support Specialist who will do the following job duties: • Oversee the daily performance of computer systems. • Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems. • Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support. • Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software. • Develop training materials and procedures, or train users in the proper use of hardware or software. • Refer major hardware or software problems or defective products to vendors or technicians for service. • Enter commands and observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors. • Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities. • Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications. • Prepare evaluations of software or hardware, and recommend improvements or upgrades. • Confer with staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications. • Modify and customize commercial programs for internal needs. • Read trade magazines and technical manuals, or attend conferences and seminars to maintain knowledge of hardware and software. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must be a graduate of at least Associate's in the field related to the job position. Must have 24 months experience. | Comments: | MARIANAS FAST FOOD INC. is looking to fill one (1) Computer User Support Specialist. Work will performed at KFC/ Taco Bell 1653 Town House Shopping Center Beach Road Chalan Kanoa Saipan, CNMI. Worker pay will be no less than $ 12.78 per hour. The employer will offer 40 hours of work week. Hourly work schedule is from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Worker will be paid bi -weekly by check or direct deposit. The employer will make all the payroll deductions from the worker’s paycheck required by federal and local law and will not make deductions which are not required by law. The job opportunity is full – time position commencing on September 01, 2023 to August 31, 2024. THREE FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offer employment for total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment of the advertised contractual first date of need. Whichever is later and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of work contract or where the worker is dismiss earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT: The employer will provide worker’s at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job.
