Adjust flow of electricity to tools or production equipment. Align parts or workpieces to ensure proper assembly. Apply solutions to production equipment. Assemble machine tools, parts, or fixtures. Assemble metal or plastic parts or products. Draw guidelines or markings on materials or workpieces using patterns or other references. Feed materials or products into or through equipment. Heat material or work pieces to prepare for or complete production. Immerse objects or work pieces in cleaning or coating solutions. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Employment Certificate from the previous employer with 12 months of experience as a Welder, which will be applied equally to both the U.S. and foreign workers. Training certificate as Welder Must have the following skills; 1. Operations Monitoring Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly. 2. Active Listening Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times. 3. Critical Thinking Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. 4. Operation and Control Controlling operations of equipment or systems. 5. Speaking Talking to others to convey information effectively. |
