| Job Duties: | MIX & BAKE INGREDIENTS TO PRODUCE BREAD, ROLLS, COOKIES, CAKES & PASTRIES OR OTHER BAKED GOODS. CHECK PRODUCTS FOR QUALITY & IDENTIFY DAMAGED OR EXPIRED GOODS. SET OVEN TEMPERATURES & PLACE THEM INTO HOT OVEN FOR BAKING. COMBINE MEASURED INGREDIENTS IN BOWLS OF MIXING, BLENDING OR COOKING MACHINERY. PLACE DOUGH IN PANS, MOLDS & BAKE IN PRODUCTION OVEN OR IN GRILLS. SET TIME & SPEED CONTROLS FOR MIXING MACHINES, BLENDING MACHINES OR STEAM KETTLES SO THAT INGREDIENTS WILL BE MIXED OR COOKED ACCORDING TO INSTRUCTIONS. MEASURE OR WEIGH FLOUR OR OTHER INGREDIENTS TO PREPARE BUTTER, DOUGH , FILLINGS OR ICINGS USING SCALES OR GRANULATED CONTAINER. OBSERVE COLOR OF PRODUCTS BEING BAKED & ADJUST OVEN TEMPERATURES, HUMIDITY OR CONVEYOR SPEEDS ACCORDINGLY. CHECK THE QUALITY OF RAW MATERIALS TO ENSURE THAT STANDARDS & SPECIFICATIONS ARE MET. CHECK EQUIPMENT TO ENSURE THAT IT MEETS HEALTHY & SAFETY REGULATIONS & PERFORM MAINTENANCE OR CLEANING AS NECESSARY. APPLY GLAZES, ICING OR OTHER TOPPING TO BAKED GOODS, USING SPATULAS OR BRUSHES. DECORATE BAKED GOODS, SUCH AS CAKES OR PASTRIES. ROLL, KNEAD, CUT OR SHAPE DOUGH TO FORM SWEET ROLLS, PIE, CRUSTS, TARTS, COOKIES OR OTHE PRODUCTS. DIRECT OR COORDINATE BAKERY DELIVERIES. PERFORM OTHER RELATED DUTIES AS ASSIGNED. |

| Comments: | Anticipated schedule of work hours is 5:00am to 12:00pm. Workers are offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday of employment up to the expiration of contract. Workers will be provided transportation & subsistence while traveling from the worker's origin to the place of employment as well as the return transportation & subsistence to the point of hire at the conclusion of the job opportunity.
