| Job Duties: | - General food and beverage service, including, but not limited to, taking orders, serving prepared food and beverages, and clearing tables - Preparing beverage orders in accordance with established recipes, including alcoholic beverages - Developing new beverage recipes to market to patrons - Serving alcoholic beverages responsibly, in accordance with laws and regulations set forth by the local and federal government as well as company policies - Securing alcoholic beverages to prevent unauthorized and / or unlawful access - Maintaining the outlet area in a clean and sanitary condition - Maintenance and sales of established menu items - Receiving and resolving guest complaints (in cooperation with the Front Desk Team) - Preparation and set-up of outlet areas before operations and events and cleaning up after operations and events - Other related food service and banquet duties - Other duties as instructed by the supervisor, Team Manager or other hotel management. |
