Job Title: Sales Representative
Job Duties: Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders. Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests. Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms. Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates. Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support. Provide customers with product samples and catalogs. Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, keeping sales records, and filing expense account reports. Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company's products and/or related services. Personally contacts and secures new business accounts/customers. Does other related duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualification Requirements: 6 months experience in sales. Must have high school diploma or GED. Understanding of the sales process and dynamics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience using computers for a variety of tasks and the competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment. Must be results-orientated Must be able to work both independently and within a team environment. Must be able to work during weekends and holidays when needed. Must take a skilled test during application process: -Performing basic calculations for inventory and other work-related record keeping. -Answering a basic literacy comprehension exam -Total Passing Score is 89% The skill testing and comprehension exam are required equally of both US and Foreign workers.

Comments: The place of employment will be at Susupe, Saipan. Applicants will be reasonably expected to reside within the area of the place of employment to perform the services or labor as advertised. Overtime hours will be applicable at 1.5 x the rate indicated on the JVA. The employer will make all deductions from the worker’s paycheck as required by law, as well as other deductions for selected employee benefits, including health, vision, dental, life insurance and 401 (K) subject to each company’s conditions. The employer guarantees under paragraph (f)(1) to offer each employee employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period of employment specified in the work contract, beginning with the first workday after the arrival of the employee at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ending on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. If a worker voluntarily abandons employment or is terminated for cause, the employer is not required to guarantee three-fourths of the work contract, as provided under Subsection 655.423(f). The employer will provide transportation and subsistence to the employee while traveling from the employee’s origin to the place of employment as well as the return transportation and subsistence at the conclusion of the job opportunity, as required by 20 CFR 655.423(j)(1). Daily transportation to and from the place(s) of employment will be provided by the employer if applicable. The employer will provide without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the duties assigned, in accordance with 20 CFR 655.423(k) Board, lodging, or other facilities the employer will offer to works or tends to assist workers in securing if applicable On the job training will be provided to the worker if applicable.
