Job Duties: | Perform duties which combine both food preparation and food service. Serve customers in eating places that specialize in fast service and inexpensive carry-out food. Accept payment from customers, and make change as necessary. Request and record customer orders, and compute bills using cash registers, multi counting machines, or pencil and paper. Clean and organize eating, service, and kitchen areas. Notify kitchen personnel of shortages or special orders. Communicate with customers regarding orders, comments, and complaints. Prepare daily food items. Select food items from serving or storage areas and place them in dishes, on serving trays, or in take-out bags. Relay food orders to cooks. Prepare and serve cold drinks. Does other related duty as assigned from time to time. |

Qualification Requirements: | Must have 3 months experience. Must have high school diploma or GED. Must be able to take orders, answer questions about the menu, upsell the restaurant's food and beverages, take payments, communicate orders with the kitchen staff, and assist with cleaning and sanitizing tables and surfaces. Applicants must pass Cashiers skilled test (Total Passing Score of 89%) during application process. The skill testing and comprehension exam are required equally of both US and Foreign workers. |

Comments: | The place of employment will be at Susupe, Saipan. Applicants will be reasonably expected to reside within the area of the place of employment to perform the services or labor as advertised. Overtime hours will be applicable at 1.5 x the rate indicated on the JVA. The employer will make all deductions from the worker’s paycheck as required by law, as well as other deductions for selected employee benefits, including health, vision, dental, life insurance and 401 (K) subject to each company’s conditions. The employer guarantees under paragraph (f)(1) to offer each employee employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period of employment specified in the work contract, beginning with the first workday after the arrival of the employee at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ending on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. If a worker voluntarily abandons employment or is terminated for cause, the employer is not required to guarantee three-fourths of the work contract, as provided under Subsection 655.423(f). The employer will provide transportation and subsistence to the employee while traveling from the employee’s origin to the place of employment as well as the return transportation and subsistence at the conclusion of the job opportunity, as required by 20 CFR 655.423(j)(1). Daily transportation to and from the place(s) of employment will be provided by the employer if applicable. The employer will provide without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the duties assigned, in accordance with 20 CFR 655.423(k) Board, lodging, or other facilities the employer will offer to works or tends to assist workers in securing if applicable On the job training will be provided to the worker if applicable.
