Job Title: SUPERVISOR
Job Duties: Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, and daily sales; Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods; Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints; assign employees to specific duties; keep records and entry of purchases and sales by using accounting software Quickbooks; plan, monitor and appraise job results; conduct training, implementing and enforcing policies and procedures; plan and prepare work schedules and keep records of employees work schedule and time cards; review inventory and sales records to prepare reports for management and budget departments; using World, Excel, fax machine and email; and other related duties.

Qualification Requirements: KNOWLEDGE OF BUSINESS AND MANAGEMENT PRINCIPLES INVOLVED IN STRATEGIC PLANNING, HUMAN RESOURCES MODELING, AND LEADERSHIP TECHNIQUE; KNOWLEDGE OF PRINCIPLES AND METHODS FOR SHOWING, PROMOTING, AND SELLING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES; KNOWLEDGE OF ELECTRIC EQUIPMENT, COMPUTER HARDWARE, AND SOFTWARE, INCLUDING APPLICATIONS; KNOWLEDGE OF ARITHMETIC AND THEIR APPLICATIONS; KNOWLEDGE OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND CLERICAL PROCEDURES AND SYSTEMS SUCH AS WORD PROCESSING, MANAGING FILES AND RECORDS, DESIGNING FORMS, AND OTHER OFFICE PROCEDURES; KNOWLEDGE OF ECONOMIC AND ACCOUNTING PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICES, THE FINANCIAL MARKETS, BANKING, AND THE ANALYSIS AND REPORTING OF FINANCIAL DATA; KNOWLEDGE OF PRINCIPLES AND PROCESSES FOR PROVIDING CUSTOMER AND PERSONAL SERVICES. Fringe Benefits: This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position. Applicants will be reasonably expected to reside in Saipan to perform the services or labor as advertised. Overtime hours will be applicable at 1.5 x the rate indicated on the JVA. The employer will make all deductions from the worker’s paycheck as required by law only. The employer guarantees as required by 20 CFR 655.423(F) to offer each employee employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period of employment specified in the work contract, beginning with the first workday after the arrival of the employee at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ending on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. If a worker voluntarily abandons employment or is terminated for cause, the employer is not required to guarantee three-fourths of the work contract. The employer will provide transportation and subsistence to the employee while traveling from the employee’s origin to the place of employment as well as the return transportation and subsistence at the conclusion of the job opportunity, as required by 20 CFR 655.423(j)(1). On-the-job training will be provided to the newly hired worker.
