Job Title: Equipment Maintenance & Repair Works
Job Duties: Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or doing other preventive maintenance actions. Inspect, operate, or test washers, dryers, dry-cleaning machines, or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions. Order parts, supplies, or equipment from suppliers. Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary. Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, or equipment. Perform general cleaning of buildings or properties. Inspect used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements, using rules, calipers, micrometers, or other measuring instruments. Perform routine maintenance on boilers, such as replacing burners or hoses, installing replacement parts, or reinforcing structural weaknesses to ensure optimal boiler efficiency. Perform general cleaning of buildings or properties. Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair. Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs. Plans repair work using building blueprints or equipment manual as needed. Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, doors, and other building fixtures. Performs routine maintenance on building systems. Cleans and assists with the upkeep of the facilities. Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualification Requirements: IDEALLY WITH KNOWLEDGE OF COMMERCIAL LAUNDRY EQUIPMENT AND BUILDING MAINTENANCE WORKS. MUST BE KNOWLEDGEABLE IN BASIC ELECTRICAL, CARPENTRY, HAND TOOLS, AND POWER TOOLS. MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A RELATED POSITION. HIGHSCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT IS REQUIRED. A CERTIFICATE OF EMPLOYMENT IS REQUIRED.
