Job Duties: | -Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations; -Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork; -Maintain current knowledge of equal employment opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities (ADA); -Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leave, transfers, or promotions using HR Management System software; -Address employee relations issues such as harassment allegations, work complaints or other employee concerns; -Review employment applications and job orders to match applicants with job requirements; -Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, work schedule, working conditions or promotion opportunities; -Select qualified job applicants or refer them to the manager, making hiring recommendation when appropriate; -Schedule or conduct new employee orientation; -Maintain and update human resources documents such as organizational charts, employee handbook or directories, or performance evaluation forms; -Confer with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures; -Contact job applicants to inform them of the status of their applications; -Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed; -Interview job applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education or job skills; -Perform searches or qualified job candidates, using sources such as computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, media advertisement, job fairs, recruiting firms or employee referrals; -Analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports; -Administer employee benefit plans; -Conduct reference or background checks on job applicants; -Coordinate with outside staffing agencies to secure temporary employees based on department needs. - |

Comments: | The job opportunity is TEMPORARY, FULL TIME. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Worker will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION and SUBSISTENCE to the work while travelling from employees origin to the place of employment, as well as provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment.
