Job Title: Senior Sandwich Artist (Server)
Job Duties: Greets and serves customers, prepares product (sandwich) maintain food safety and sanitation standards and handles or processes light paper works. Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position, tasks and responsibilities include: Exhibit cheerful and helpful manner while greeting customer/guests and preparing their orders Demonstrate a complete understanding of the menu items and explains them to customer accurately; Uses Point Sale (POS) system or cash register to record the order and compute the amount of bill; collect payment from customer and makes change Performs cash-in procedures, accounting for all forms of money, bread counts, etc. during the shift Prepares food (sandwich) neatly according to Subway standard formula and in timely manner Checks products in sandwich unit area and restocks items to ensure sufficient supply throughout the shift Understand and adhere to proper food handling, safety sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up Adhere to the wash, rinse and sanitize method of cleaning Understand and adhere to all quality standards, formulas and procedures as outlined in Subway(R) operations manual- daily procedures Maintains professional appearance and grooming standards as outlined in the Subway (R) operations manual- daily procedures Performs light paper works (End of day) sales report as assigned Completes the University of Subway(R) courses as required. Other related food preparation and serving duties assigned.

Qualification Requirements: With at least twelve months work experience; must be able to operate computerized point of sale system or regular cash register machine; must have the physical lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally; ability to understand, implement or follow verbal or written instructions
