| Job Duties: | Perform general maintenance and repair of building requiring practical skills and knowledge in such trades as painting, plumbing, masonry, landscaping, and brush cutting. Works involve a variety of duties: Fixing building structure, cleaning buildings, to patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings; replacing and cleaning sinks, drains & toilets; painting structures, cleaning or replacing concreate floors, steps and sidewalks; and will perform general maintenance of properties owned by the company and perform other duties assigned by the management. |
