| Job Duties: | Direct, plan and monitor the distribution of goods (products) and services by assigning sales goals, marketing strategies and establishing training program for sales department Analyze sales statistics, project sales and determine profitability products Determine special pricing plans, terms and discounts to customers Develop, plan, and train sales representative to acquire new accounts or clients through sales techniques, telemarketing and business to business site visits Evaluate and coordinate market information to create applicable advertising and promotion to enhance sales competitiveness Analyze sales statistics to determine sales performance and sales potential Monitor inventory requirements of products determine ordering and customer's preferences Conduct actual sales monitoring and evaluate sales forecasting.
