| Job Duties: | Examine financial statements to ensure that they are accurate and comply with laws and regulations. • Assists in preparing monthly budgets and funding requirements based on analysis of company’s past and present financial performance. • Prepares monthly, quarterly, annual, and as- needed Balance Sheets based on financial information detailing current assets, fixed assets, asset- depreciation schedules, current liabilities, and long-term liabilities. • Prepares monthly, quarterly, annual, and as-needed Profit and Loss Statements based on financial information detailing revenues and expenditures for various accounting periods. • Oversees the company’s bookkeeping function by the company’s bookkeeping staff in compiling and analyzing financial information to prepare entries to account on the company’s general ledger and in distributing expenditures, encumbrances, receipts and receivables. • Review the monthly Gross Receipts Tax Returns prepared by Bookkeeper and assist in preparation of the CNMI and Federal quarterly wage reports, and payroll tax distributions. • Other duties as assigned. |

(1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION This job opportunity is for one temporary, full-time position. (2) Workdays are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 PM (3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5)FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees).
