| Job Duties: | Prepare cost estimate for air conditioning and refrigeration and ventilation system for residential, commercial and industrial establishments based on designed provided by customer or his designer. Supervise installation of equipment and ducting system in accordance with plans and specifications and proper coordination with customer or his representatives such as engineers, architects and other technical personnel. Handle procurement and delivery of special order equipment. Prepare proposal and recommendation to customers based on actual on-site inspection to include price, recommended type of equipment and working drawings. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Employer Preference: possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a licensed engineer of this category. Must have a minimum work experience of 2 to 4 years in all aspect and work-related mechanical systems including HVAC. A computer literate, with knowledge in software used in drawings, designs and estimates.
