| Job Duties: | PREPARE DETAILED DRAWINGS USING THE LATEST COMPUTER-AIDED DESIGN SOFTWARE OF ARCHITECTURAL AND STRUCTURAL FEATURES OF BUILDINGS OR DRAWINGS AND TOPOGRAPHICAL RELIEF MAPS USED IN CIVIL ENGINEERING PROJECTS, SUCH AS HIGHWAYS, BRIDGES, BUILDINGS AND PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS. UTILIZE KNOWLEDGE OF BUILDING MATERIALS, ENGINEERING PRACTICES, AND MATHEMATICS TO COMPLETE WORKING DRAWINGS. ANALYZE BUILDING CODES, BY-LAWS, SPACE AND SITE REQUIREMENTS, AND OTHER TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS AND REPORTS TO DETERMINE THEIR EFFECT ON ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNS; COORDINATE STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL, AND MECHANICAL DESIGNS AND DETERMINE A METHOD OF PRESENTATION TO GRAPHICALLY REPRESENT BUILDING PLANS; DRAW ROUGH AND DETAILED SCALE PLANS FOR FOUNDATIONS, BUILDINGS, AND STRUCTURES, BASED ON PRELIMINARY CONCEPTS, SKETCHES, ENGINEERING CALCULATIONS, SPECIFICATION SHEETS, AND OTHER DATA; LAYOUT AND PLAN INTERIOR ROOM ARRANGEMENTS FOR COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS, USING COMPUTERASSISTED DRAFTING (CAD) EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE; RESPONSIBLE FOR PREPARATION OF VARIOUS CONSTRUCTION PLANS AND DETAILS (AUTO CAD), CONSTRUCTION DAILY REPORTS, PROGRESS SCHEDULE AND ENFORCEMENT OF SAFETY PLANS; OPERATE COMPUTER-AIDED DRAFTING (CAD) EQUIPMENT OR CONVENTIONAL DRAFTING STATION TO PRODUCE DESIGNS, WORKING DRAWINGS, CHARTS, FORMS, AND RECORDS; AND PERFORM SUCH OTHER RELATED DUTIES. |

| Comments: | The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on October 2, 2023 to October 1, 2024, the applicants must be residing in the island of Saipan/Tinian to perform the services or labor. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. On-the-job training is not necessary. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
