Job Duties: | Plan, direct, coordinate, oversee and manage daily operations of the company, specifically but not limited to; Accounting Service, Broker Insurance, Help Support Service/Manpower Services and Document Handling Services. Review financial statements, sales or activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievements to identify areas to implement cost reduction and areas that needs improvement. Direct and coordinate with the management, activities of businesses or departments concerned with the proposals, sales, or distribution of services. Prepare and coordinate staff/workers schedules and assignments with regards to their specific areas of deployments and endorse to their superiors. Plan ahead and schedule submission of: taxes and other government requirements and renewals to ensure business compliance, workers paper renewal to meet or beat deadlines to ensure worker's availability on the next fiscal year. Establish or implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, or procedures in conjunction with board members, organization officials, or staff members. Perform personnel functions such as selection, training, or evaluation. Set prices or credit terms for services based on forecasts of customer demands. Develop or implement marketing strategies and advertising campaigns. |

Qualification Requirements: | MUST HAVE FOUR (FOUR) YEARS EXPERIENCE AS AN OPERATIONS MANAGER. MUST HAVE ASSOCIATE DEGREE IN ANY OFFICE RELATED FIELD. MUST HAVE MANAGERIAL CAPACITY TO REPRESENT THE COMPANY IN MEETINGS WITH EXISTING AND PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS. MUST BE CAPABLE IN HANDLING MULTIPLE LINES OF BUSINESSES. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN DEALING WITH VARIOUS GOVERNMENT AGENCIES. MUST KNOW HOW TO PROCESS DIFFERENT TYPES OF VISAS. MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE IN ACCOUNTING, INSURANCE UNDERWRITING AND RETAIL GENERAL MERCHANDISE. MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE ALSO IN STOCK INVENTORY AND MANAGEMENT, POINTOF-SALE OPERATION. MUST BE DETAIL ORIENTED AND HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL WITH EXCELLENT TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS. HARDWORKING AND ABLE TO MULTI TASK. ABLE TO DRIVE AND MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE. |

Comments: | This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. The employer guarantees under paragraph (f)(1) to offer each employee employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period of employment specified in the work contract, beginning with the first workday after the arrival of the employee at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ending on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. If a worker voluntarily abandons employment or is terminated for cause, the employer is not required to guarantee three-fourths of the work contract, as provided under Subsection 655.423(f). The employer will provide transportation and subsistence to the employee while traveling from the employee’s origin to the place of employment as well as the return transportation and subsistence at the conclusion of the job opportunity, as required by 20 CFR 655.423(j)(1). The employer will provide without charge or deposit charge; all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the duties assigned, in accordance with 20 CFR 655.423(k).
