| Job Duties: | 1. Analyze existing and potential markets in order to identify business opportunities. 2. Identify and secure long-term business opportunities with existing clients. 3. Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industryspecific solutions. 4. Inform manager, works with internal and construction team to achieve targeted business goals. 5. Assist marketing and sales team in preparing marketing plans and strategies to promote, sell and increase company’s recognition in its particular field of business. 6. Develop and prepare competitive proposals, effective presentations and construction demonstration for specific client requirements such as project scheme, list of materials and cost estimates. 7. Identify a construction staffing plan that best fits the needs of the projects and budgets. 8. Provide clients a predictable pricing, accurate bids and have the security of knowing that the company can obtain the skilled trades to get the job done right and on time. 9. Visit prospective buyers at commercial, industrial, or other establishments to show samples or catalogs, and to inform them about product pricing, availability, and advantages. 10.Does research to maintain knowledge of marketplace issues, competitive services and latest technologies. |

| Comments: | Anticipated schedule of work hours is 8:00am to 3:00pm. Workers are offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday of employment up to the expiration of contract. Workers will be provided transportation & subsistence while traveling from the worker's origin to the place of employment as well as the return transportation & subsistence to the point of hire at the conclusion of the job opportunity.
